Sunday morning scrambled eggs…


Back in the sixties my mum taught me how to make scrambled eggs and when ever I make them now I still hear her whispering over my shoulder:
“Always stir with a fork and keep stirring ALL the time!” Gawd did my arms ache and I got so hot…. but the scrambled eggs were PERFECT!
